A Phobia is a type of anxiety disorder or an irrational fear reaction that creates a fear in humans about a situation, object, place, or living creature.

There are some more phobias such as Arachnophobia, Cynophobia, and Ophidiophobia, which means a fear of Spiders, Doga, and Snakes.

Symptoms of Phobias

  • Uncontrollable anxiety due to fear
  • A feeling of keeping themselves away from that source of fear
