Here are possible methods to rectification of this problem 1328.
Step 1: Windows Update to the latest version
Press start button >> enter the “windows update” in the search box
Click on the “Windows Update” icon
Click on “Check for Updates”
Restart the PC if there are any updates and check if the error is still visible
Step 2: Rename Files and Folders
Go to C Drive and click on Tools
Open ‘Hide Protected Operating System Files’ in the View section
Append .old to the existing items, i.e Config.msi.old.
Hide this folders and restart the system
Step 3: Run the QuickBooks Install Diagnostic Tool
First Download and install QuickBooks Tool Hub
After installation, click on QuickBooks Install Diagnostic Tool >> run to scan
Restart the computer
Step 4: Repairing QuickBooks
Go to Programs and Features >> Windows Control Panel >> search QuickBooks
Use the uninstall/ change option and select Repair
